Focus your energy at the Kidneys

I have been examining in detail the Taoist practice of the Six Healing Sounds.

In particular the weather has been drawing in and the cold snap has arrived. I have observed alot of changes in peoples health as the seasons turn.

What facinates me is that by using the energy of the kidney sound can give us a much needed boost in winter....

The sounds is pronounced 'chhhhhhwayyyy' and the energy of warmth resonates in the lower back.

Credit Crunch - shut your bleedin' cake hole!!!

Hey guys,

I am not want to rant much ('yeah right' says you) - but If I hear one more person giving out about the credit crunch - my head is going to explode!!! (and thats not going to be pretty)...

Lets face it - people are panicked by the banks, media and the sharp intakes of breath from the manager at the local building society.....saying nothing but 'hmmmm......well we have change our credit policy.....'

But you know what .....sod them....sod them all.......we as coaches don't change our credit policy so why should you??

This is a boom time for coaches.....uncertainty ......breeds.....the need for CERTAINTY....all certainty is ....is a STATE of mind.....

Now I could flannel on and on about how great coaching was for me and how I do really well as a life coach and an acupuncturist.......etc etc........but I have already done that....

Now my eyes have widened to the power of passive income......the way forward is simple.....

In this day and age ----the rise and fall of finances are like the rise and fall of kingdoms......as one falls another lesser kingdom arises......

So how do we as Entrepreneurs level the playing field.??.......the answer is simple........

Sat Nav for the Soul - get direction in YOUR LIFE!

Hi there people,

I am always conscious of the way the first coaching session sets the standard for all coaching going forward. As many of you may or may not know, I believe in 'Sat Nav for the Soul'.

What do I mean by this? Simply we go through life taking the bends in the road and the twists and turns, but do we have any real direction?

Sat Nav for the soul is really about tapping into your internal guidance system, and about the realistaion that everything and anything you do, you do because you are on the right path.

The trick is the practice this everyday...so that you can take the straightest line to any goal or point you wish to reach in your life, quickly, smoothing and with minimal turns and twists.

Having said that....its all about making sure your internal map is re-set and up to date...this is were the coaching comes in! Y/Our internal maps need constant updating and examining....because remember - the map is not necessary the territory!

The Golf Ball Lesson No 2

Hi again,

I was out walking my dog again, and as I came around the back of one of the buildings - there was two guys hitting golf balls over the fence during there lunch time....


So not only did I attract the golf balls......but I found the source..........


Hmmmm..........or the other side of this is that it is what it is and that all this happens because its just two lads hitting the golf balls and I happen to, walk in the area where they land.


One of these days I am going to leave a big pile of the golf balls wrapped up as a present - leave it there where they work as a random act of kindness.......just to be playful..


Lessons can be learnt from the most simple actions in life...

The Golf Ball Lesson

Hi all,

I was out walking my dog a couple of weeks ago, as everyday I like to spend time with myself to allow creativity to flow. My dog loves to run off ahead and go hunting in the hedgerows. In the meantime in the local park I found a golf ball, then another, and then I said-'wouldn't it be fun to find one more'.

And moments later I did!!!

Now every single day I have been out - I have found at least 1 golf ball......

Where am I going with this, right?

Now apart from having this massive collection of golf balls!!! I was trying to work out what it means - because naturally this is the human mindset. I thought perhaps - it meant I should play golf, I should look for work with golf players, I should go back to healing golf players – that’s where I cut my teeth in my original healing practice in the UK. I used to live on a golf course - so naturally I was forming this association.

I then become still, and I asked my 'inner wisdom' what was going on?

It said- once you found one golf ball, and you became attracted to this, you naturally attracted more golf balls, like the law of attraction, but I like to call it the law of intention.....

So if I liken this to say money, the more I find money attractive and playful...the more and more it finds me..........

So therefore in anything you do - if you are playful and attractive - you get more.


Enjoy playing and attracting those things you find attractive...

Healthy Body and Wealthy mind

Having a good healthy mind can influence the health of the body, but it is a two way street, and it is important to recognise that a healthier body is more efficient.

It is more efficient for the breakdown and assimilation of food, the processing of oxygen into the blood and the brain barrier.
Digesting, processing, and transforming nutrients to the brain is very important in he maintainence of memory, re-action timing, and our mood.
There are also ways in which we can control the mind, for example :- breathing. The breath is one of the only activity we consciously and subconsciously have influence over.
The correct breathing technique can focus the mind and body. Famous Yogis, Shaolin Monks and Spiritual healers all know this concept. A concept that is far older than western medicine.
If we master our breathing- we master the control of oxygen going to the brain and also influence the expulsion of toxins from the body.

The breathing method- its very simple, think about the way you are breathing now, thing about the way you breathe when stressed, angry, or when exercising.

How so we go about breathing correctly?? Thats something I will be discussing at a later stage in these blogs. I will also be talking in Dublin on the 5th/6th April 2008 about such similar topics.

Good Coaching Sessions

Good coaching sessions can bring on your own innate wisdom. You can recognise how gratitude affects you and those around you. I thank my coach for the work we have done, and thank all those people who I have learnt from.
Coaching enables you to always look at life from two side sof the coin. For example ,I am a dynamic person who can rocket sky high with inspiration and motivation, yet I do come down to earth with a bump after all my activities- so recognising this has helped me form my 'parking strategy'.

Whats a 'parking strategy' - I here you ask? Its a way of living in the present and planning for the future. It can be a simple as setting mini milestones for each goal, or it listing your activities to perhaps 3 or 4 major things a day. That way there is no overwhelm, overwhelm can really de-motivate if you are not ready for it......so be prepared.

I will be talking to thousands of people very soon about health, wellness and being coached....watch this space - no overwhelm allowed - no fear is present when there is passion!!

My True Purpose

People,

I cannot tell you how fundamentally important it is to have Purpose. A Purpose can mean many things to many people, in a nutshell it is truely our inner calling, a spiritual feeling, a path to the 'higher self'. Remember no one in this world is truely enlightened, there are only 'moments of' enlightenment......for if we were 'truely' enlightened ..our work here would be done.....

To give you an example I have just sat here at my computer and pounded out today my purpose for all to read....it will be immortalised in the cybernetic world, and the global library that we call the internet.....

Here we go:

My purpose is to enable people to truely become at one with the three aspects of their true self, the mind, the body and the spirit. I will do this through the application of my own innate wisdom, hard work, personal development, and commitment to the human race. To accomplish this I will merge all my knowledge into an integrated purposeful system that allows the person to sit in their own space, heal, learn, become true to their inner self. I will apply the laws of oriental healing, life coaching and personal development science, with nutrition, energetic healing and back to basics no nonsense information marketing.
I will create a centre of excellence and this place will become integral to the delivery of this system. In this place people can remove the masks of modern living, and return to their self, therefore truely heal.
This is my purpose, and for this insight I am grateful. It all resonates as my mind learns, my body adapts and improves in everyway, and my spirit soars with freedom.

TWO THOUSAND AND EIGHT!

Hey People!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, what a fantastic year this is going to be - fresh horizons, fresh challenges, and the realisation of some long held dreams I feel.....and thats just for me...!!!!
..Yes - I get coached too you know!!. The best athletes in the world have coaches, the best businessman and politicians get coaching and mentoring.....why shouldn't you??

I know this is the time for RESOLUTIONS etc, but really how long to they last??

Try sitting down and listing 10 things you would like to achieve this year, then put them in order of the most important first, this is can be akin to setting your GOALS, setting your sights on THE PRIZE.

List those RESOURCES to need to seek to get what you want, you may already have the resources to hand i.e. Friends/Family / Internet or a Coach!

Formulate the reasons why you want these items in your life this year.
Formulate the reasons why you think you cannot have these items this year.

Compare the lists - evaluate the reasons why you are limiting yourself, look at what has been holding you back and list two reasons why the limits are complete GARBAGE.

Most of all if you are looking for navigation for this year, looking to maximise your potential - then get a COACH!!

Yes, sounds like a sales pitch to me? Of-course it is! I am a coach and I get coached to be a better coach.....make sense don't you think?

Coaching is a very valuable tool they enables you to stay on course in your life!
