Hi Guys,
I have been examining in detail the Taoist practice of the Six Healing Sounds.
In particular the weather has been drawing in and the cold snap has arrived. I have observed alot of changes in peoples health as the seasons turn.
What facinates me is that by using the energy of the kidney sound can give us a much needed boost in winter....
The sounds is pronounced 'chhhhhhwayyyy' and the energy of warmth resonates in the lower back.
I am producing a CD to help those wishing the learn more about these esoterical practices....
