Christmas for Phat Buddha

Hey there fellow people!

Lots of friends and family have asked me whats going on in my world this Christmas? Well I have to say this time of year really allows me to take stock of what I have learnt and achieved this year. Mostly though for me Christmas is about love, the love of people, the love of company, friends and family. It is important to remain grateful for what this year has given interms of lessons, growth, development and human interaction. So I got another year older- fantastic - more and more closer to my graduation into my spirit body where I can return to book in another holiday on earth.
Sometimes its a package deal, you get good holidays and you get bad holidays - its what you make of them thats counts...

I wish you all a joyous, prosperous and loving year filled with fascination and wonderous beginnings that truely delight you!

Trance like states induce healing

Hey people!

Can you remember the last time you were in a trance? A trance like state is a movement of internal focus, or different representation of consciousness. In-fact many times during the day you can expect to move in and out of trance like states.

Here are some examples:
1) Driving
2) In a meeting - when you zone out becuase its boring
3) Day dreaming
4) Watching TV

Some of these trance like states slow down the brain wave activity of the conscious mind and elicit the subconcious to become more receptive to messages. This can be especially true of TV and TV advertising - powerful stuff!

You can however activate your own trance like states whenever you want to help your own health. Examples include

1) Yoga
2) Tai Chi
3) Qi Gong
4) Meditation
5) Fishing
6) Reading a book
7) Dancing

And there are many more POSITIVE ways of inducing healthy trance like states. In my practice I conduct a series of tests and treatments which induce trance like states, these can reduce and offset the common 'burnout' that our hectic lifestyles induce.

Trance is food for the mind

Take it easy fellow humans!
