Sat Nav for the Soul - get direction in YOUR LIFE!

Hi there people,

I am always conscious of the way the first coaching session sets the standard for all coaching going forward. As many of you may or may not know, I believe in 'Sat Nav for the Soul'.

What do I mean by this? Simply we go through life taking the bends in the road and the twists and turns, but do we have any real direction?

Sat Nav for the soul is really about tapping into your internal guidance system, and about the realistaion that everything and anything you do, you do because you are on the right path.

The trick is the practice this everyday...so that you can take the straightest line to any goal or point you wish to reach in your life, quickly, smoothing and with minimal turns and twists.

Having said that....its all about making sure your internal map is re-set and up to date...this is were the coaching comes in! Y/Our internal maps need constant updating and examining....because remember - the map is not necessary the territory!
