Love and Contribution
Hey people!
In my short time on this planet, the thing that stands out most is that in the majority of races, people and clients I have met, is the need to love and contribute. These two factors are the motivation for being here on this rock spinning through infinity.
Our lives are but a mere holiday, some people get a luxury cruise and others get a nightmare cheap package affair. It's what you make of it that counts, sun tan lotion and all...

Develop one area and the rest will follow
Hey people,
I was using youtube today and I was watching a guy talking about how he beleives that when you are working on your life you should work on ALL areas to get success, to get real success. Now in my experience of coaching, I hold a different view. I have coached people who have only been concerned with maybe one or two areas of their life, and while we must accept that sometimes we have lose to gain, in general I found that other areas of their life improved massively also.
Coaching is a a vast resource of opportunity and I think it is has a real future in our modern, pressure orientated lifestyles. If you can get focus on one area of your life, you can apply the same focus to other areas also. It is all about the formula, the approach and the simplicity of coaching....
Stay challenged,

Mind & Body Coaching
Hey people,
I am always amazed and delighted at the breakthroughs I make each week with my Life Coach. As a coach myself and bodywork therapist, you have to constantly develop yourself mentally and physically.
Some of my clients have made massive breakthroughs in their lives this week, including removing limiting beliefs about relationships, money and wealth, as well as emotional health.
This fascination with coaching started when I realised that for the last 18 years I have been coaching people at some level. However it is the application of a workable system that truly has benefits, instead of blindly trying to navigate through a wealth of ideas without action!
Action is the key, happiness is the result!
