I was delighted when you agreed to be my coach and from the first session, I felt that I would learn and grow immensely from this process.

Since meeting my perfect partner life is even more wonderful. Everyday with her brings something new and exciting. Life is full of passion and fun. I have found a soul mate while maintaining a level of independence which I also need. The times we enjoy together are the most special in my life – everywhere I find abundance and even the most mundane things seem exceptional now that I have someone to share them with. And did I mention the fire between us? Hmmm…maybe that’s more info than you need to know. !
I am also now regularly in contact with the members of my family and I’m much more comfortable with expressing myself in their company and making my identity felt. Every time we meet up now is an opportunity to get to know each other better and to relate in an honest and feeling way without the baggage of the past..
Earlier this week, I completed my first 10 miler and made it comfortably in under 3 hours. I felt exhilarated by this quiet achievement. And I have lost a stone and toned up -no more belly. Walking has now become a regular part of my weekly routine and I’m seriously considering participating in the week long challenge of walking the Great Wall of China now that I have achieved the required fitness level.
They say success breeds success and the achievement of these 3 goals has filled me with great anticipation, momentum and excitement about the possibilities of the future.
